TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

By commissioning me you agree to these terms.
I DO NOT take ANY responsibility if the costumer didn't read my TOS before ordering from me.

RIGHTS

Commission shall NOT be used for AI training, NFTs or reselling or relicensing.It won't be used for any merchandise for your own benefit made in mass unless specified previously. (A cut shall be made of the sales if merch has been made)I reserve the right to publish the pieces in social media tagging the client, the client can be asked to not be featured in the post.I reserve the right to use the commission for any examples of my work, be it in portfolios, commission sheets or any of the sort.No altering the commission heavily without crediting or my consent, definitely not passing it as your own.-

PAYMENT

Payment will be made through Paypal, Ko-fi or
Bizum (Only for people in Spain).Payment must ALWAYS be paid upfrontMake the payment only after I suggest it and confirm that everything is good with me with your order.Any exceptions will only be done for really specific circumstances ONLY for close friends, mutuals or repeat costumers. If this is the case the payment can be divided by 2 payments, one before sketching and one before the full piece is delivered.Consider that the payment will be done in EUROS €, if you use another currency you must convert it so it's equivalent to the pricing in euros.I WON'T START WORKING ON YOUR PIECE BEFORE PAYMENT!!!

REVISIONS

I offer up to 2 sketch revisions in case of any heavy corrections are necessary, any more than this will be charged.Smaller corrections shall be made when the lineart is delivered. When the coloring phase is completed there can't be any lineart changes without charges, coloring changes are fine.So:- 2 Sketches revisions (In case of changes)
-1 Lineart revision
-1 Color revisionHeavy corrections only on sketch phase, and minor corrections in Lineart phase, later only color changes shall be accepted.If any of the changes surpass these numbers it will be charged to my taste and complexity of the piece.

DELIVERY

Depending on the type of commission, this might change. But most commissions will be fully made in a maximum of 3 weeks, this being the very tardiest of times.
If it for whatever reason this changes because of any emergency it will be notified.If the commission had a specific deadline, it should always be discussed with me beforehand to see if I can make it as soon as I can if the deadline requires it. This extra speed for the piece can and will be charged.Updates and revisions will, at the very least, be once a week at the latest. You can always request to check on the commission, I will update gladly!Whenever the commission is done I will send you a Drive folder with everything I've worked on, the CLIP STUDIO file, the sketch, lineart and colored, if it's the case of an animation I will send the separated frames with it.

REFUNDS and TERMINATIONS

Refunds shall be available only in the sketch phase, ONLY after the first inicial conceptual sketch of the order. If the client has asked for drastic changes and after a couple more sketches have been delivered and they still ask for a refund, the refund will NOT be a full one, I will charge for the sketches in the case that it's not the first one.It would be appreciated if you would specify the reasons of the refund!After the sketch is APPROVED, the order is locked in, meaning I won't refund it. The commission will be fullfilled if the costumer still wants it done.If the costumer for any reasons ceases communication or feedback of the phases, if not communicated previously it will be considerate TERMINATED after 14 days of no communication, and I will NOT continue working on it. This will be notified after 1 week of no feedback and 7 days later it will be terminated.If the costumer is rude, tries to rush my process or complaints in any matter that might be hurtful to me there will be a possibility of termination of the piece with no refund.Please be warned that any of the terminations might lead to blacklisting so you won't be able to commission me again, and I will notify other artists if your attitude is considered dangerous or rude towards me or other artists.
